Approved...thus far! Historic-Cultural Monument designation for a landmark Hollywood Church building

As reported in this article in the Los Angeles Times, Save Residential Hollywood's application for the church building on the NW corner of Hollywood Blvd. and LaBrea Ave. to be designated a Los Angeles historic-cultural monument has been approved by the Los Angeles Cultural Heritage Commission at City Hall as part of the process for this well-deserved designation. The approval process now moves to the Los Angeles PLUM (Planning and Land Use Management) Committee and, if approved, proceeds to a vote by the Los Angeles City Council.
